The Fold-A-Carrier is designed for
transporting and storing potable water.

Reliance Fold-A-Carriers are manufactured
from Low Density Polyethylene and are clear in appearance. Cap and
spigot are manufactured from Medium Density Polyethylene and are red
and white in colour, respectively. Handle is manufactured from High
Density Polyethylene and is red in colour.
·
Resins used have been given no objection
status for food contact applications from the Health Protection Branch
in Canada and compliance for use in food contact applications by the
Food and Drug Administration in the United States.

SPECIAL FEATURES
Cap Specially designed spigot allows you to direct the flow of
water. Spigot has an easy to operate on/off switch that is guaranteed
leak-proof. Pouring The corner neck design offers directional pouring
with minimal glugging while in the down position and collapses as it
empties. Neck Large opening in the neck allows you to easily fill the
container and to add ice or water purification tablets. Handle Handle
is made of high density polyethylene and has been designed to
comfortably accommodate the hand. Handles are affixed to container
with galvanized steel rings. Collapsibility The collapsible nature of
the Fold-A-Carrier means it takes up very little storage space
relative to a comparable volume rigid container.
QUALITY STANDARDS
Our Fold-A-Carriers undergo the following testing during the
manufacturing process:
· Containers, filled to
capacity, must withstand a drop from 3ft onto a concrete surface
without splitting or tearing.
·
Container and spigot are checked for
leakage and pinholes by pressurizing the container with air and
immersing under water. The container and cap must show no signs of air
leakage.
·
Container weights and minimum wall
thickness are closely monitored.
